Painful experiences happen to all of us. Sometimes traumas from long ago stay fresh with us seemingly forever, leading to problems in our current life.

I am certified in a treatment method called Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. Recognized by World Health Organization, EMDR helps people re-process trauma with very few sessions and much less conversation than conventional talk therapy.

I have worked with clients who have done the traditional talk therapy route, only to find symptoms creeping back in. Once we did EMDR, they saw a dramatic reduction in their symptoms.
